As an owner of an industrial property in Corporate Park Estate, Caboolture, I had been experiencing some difficulty since settlement in 2003 and was referred to McArthur & Associates by our agent at the time. Subsequently, I’ve been a client of theirs for over four years.


With one tenant in the process of liquidation, another looking to purchase their own building and one vacancy, I knew I needed professional assistance to secure the long-term value of my newly acquired asset.
